OSKAR ODZIEMCZYK
Managing Partner
With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading S&P 500 companies and startups, including Microsoft, Amazon, and WeWork. Throughout my career, I have gained a deep understanding of nearly every aspect of the business, having worked directly for landlords and represented tenants on my own and on behalf of C&W and JLL. I have also had the privilege of setting up and launching profitable flexible products in seven countries directly for a landlord's myhive brand. My educational background, including a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and additional postgraduate studies in Interior Design and Procurement, has prepared me well for this field. I am passionate about architecture, design, and modern building technology, and I am constantly seeking to increase my knowledge and expertise in these areas. In addition to my professional pursuits, I have also leveraged my insider's understanding of the residential real estate market to offer private consultation for apartment purchases and rentals, as well as investing in apartments for my own portfolio.
MARCIN ZASKURSKI
Legal Advisor
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a highly qualified real estate lawyer with a strong track record of success. After honing my skills at a top international law firm, I have held leadership positions in the legal departments of leading retail and office developers and long-term owners. My in-house experience has given me a business-oriented approach and the ability to anticipate and address the needs of my clients, while also safeguarding their interests. My expertise includes asset and property management, development, and transactional legal advisory, with a focus on the office and retail sectors across various European jurisdictions. In my free time, I enjoy staying active through sports such as triathlon, mountain running, and daily cycling, and I cherish my time spent with my four wonderful children.
MATEUSZ ODZIEMCZYK
Analytics & Reporting Advisor
With over a decade of experience in data life cycle management, I have a track record of delivering successful projects for a range of international corporations in Europe and Asia. My diverse skill set includes roles as a business analyst, developer, team leader, scrum master, kanban leader, project manager, and acting lead of the BI center of excellence. I am skilled in a range of leading BI and data warehouse technologies, and I have a strong ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. In addition to my technical expertise, I am also able to effectively communicate and translate between business and technical teams, making me a valuable asset in roles that require both technical and business understanding. As a versatile and adaptable professional, I have successfully transitioned into various roles and positions to meet the needs of different engagements. I also have experience in people management and coaching, including proposing career development paths, organizing trainings, evaluating performance, hiring, and managing project budgets. I am an ambivert and comfortable in both technical and people-facing roles.
